Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay overall, with a clean room and comfortable beds. However, I found the stair access to be quite challenging, especially with my knee injury. Additionally, the tip envelope for housekeeping led to some confusion regarding gratuity, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied.
Our stay at Steele Hill Resort was quite mixed. On the positive side, the activities on the grounds kept us entertained without needing to leave, and the family-oriented environment was a hit with the kids. However, the dining options were very limited and the food was disappointing. The remote location made finding decent food a challenge, especially since we had issues with our reservation and limited dining hours during our visit.
My stay at Steele Hill Resorts had its ups and downs. While the cleanliness of the resort and indoor pool were admirable, the noise level in our room was bothersome, especially with young kids. The dining experience was also lacking, making our family vacation less enjoyable than planned.
